Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the speaker or component in its original factory packaging with all protective inserts to prevent structural or cosmetic damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package via a trackable carrier to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
